Quick Anxiety Buster

When I'm having an anxiety attack, or just not feeling quite right, often I end up getting stuck in my own head, in a swirling jumble of what if thoughts, and other anxiety induced thinking patterns.

Below is a quick tip to have in your toolbox for when you need to get out of your own head for a simple, easy exercise.

Ring a bell or make a lasting noise with another instrument or method. Listen very carefully to the fading sound until you are sure you can no longer hear it.

Repeat as often as wanted and needed.
