Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or refunded. I encourage you to reach out with any questions before completing your purchase.
No Returns Accepted
I do not accept returns for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Item not meeting expectations
- Incorrect size or color chosen
- Buyer’s remorse
When I Make Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items
- Errors made on my part
What To Do If Something Arrives Damaged
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: damaged or lost packaging due to postal service issues does not fall under our purview. In those cases, you will need to submit a claim directly with USPS.
If I Made a Mistake
If I have made an error with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can correct the mistake promptly.
Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
A no call, no show for a scheduled coaching session with no follow up will result in being barred from future coaching sessions. Please ensure you notify me in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice. While there are no refunds, you may utilize a credit toward a future session if you cancel with sufficient notice.
