From Root to Wing: A Poetic Ritual Manual
In Development: Seeking Traditional Publication

Some books are meant to be read. Some are meant to be used. Some are meant to be opened at random on a hard morning and feel as though they were written just for you, exactly for this moment, exactly for where you are right now.

From Root to Wing is all three.

This collection of mystical free verse poetry moves through a deliberate spiritual arc from the dense, shadow-heavy terrain of the Root, through the liminal space of the Threshold, into the expansive flight of the Wing. Each entry functions simultaneously as poem, affirmation, and ritual instruction, layered for daily practice, seasonal ceremony, or bibliomantic divination. In the tradition of sacred texts designed to be opened at random and received as guidance such as the Psalms, the I Ching, the bardic poetry of the Celtic traditions From Root to Wing is a living book.

This is a book for the woman who knows that growth begins underground. For the woman standing at the threshold, not quite the person she was and not yet fully the person she is becoming. For the woman who has done the root work and is ready to take flight.

What’s inside:

  • Original mystical free verse poetry organized across three sections: Root, Threshold, Wing
  • Ritual affirmations designed to be spoken aloud during practice
  • Original tarot and oracle-inspired divination spreads for each section
  • Devotional essays woven throughout
  • A bibliomantic structure, every entry complete in itself, the whole forming a sacred arc

From Root to Wing is currently in development and actively seeking traditional publication.
