Pledge of the Priestess

The Pledge of the Priestess is something I have adopted since 2018, and works as a framework for all my coaching and mentoring work. I wanted to share this pledge with everyone so that my commitments and the resulting boundaries and framework were clearly outlined.

1. I honor the sacredness of others and hold their confidences. 
2. I respect other’s perceptions of the world and meet them where they are. 
3. I am impeccable with my word and my commitments.
4. I connect from the heart. 
5. I hold my client and the world in positive focus. 
6. I take responsibility for myself and allow others to do the same. 
7. I commit to lending my voice to those who have been wrongly silenced. I will not be complicit in further silencing those marginalized voices.
8. I commit to standing in the name of Justice against those who would otherwise use power imbalances to further discriminatory behaviors, ideologies and agendas.
