Mindfulness Monday: Night Music

If you’re having trouble falling asleep at night, tune into the sounds around you and label them one by one. Washing machine, crying baby, car door, raccoon, etc etc. Then try to listen to your inner Self.

Redirecting your thoughts from your worries or troubles to your surroundings breaks the looping cycles and helps to rewire and redirect your thoughts!
