Today is Day 1 in my new mini blog series: Easy Witchcraft. These are small witchy actions that you can take everyday in order to bring some more clarity, peace, and overall well-being to your life! There will be 10 days total, allowing us to end on Samhain (October 31st!)
I think it’s appropriate to start Day 1 with an action you can do first thing in the morning: cleanse your bed!
Cleanse your bed in the morning when you make it (let it air out a bit beforehand too to allow the energies to circulate) to remove stress and negativity from the previous day/night especially if you’ve had nightmares. As you’re making the bed, sweep your hands over the sheets, and visualize sweeping any old, stagnant energy from the sheets.
You can lightly mist your bed with lavender essential oil (lavender is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial too!) to promote wellness, peace, calm, and healing during your sleep.
